Well, not me precisely, but I’m sure someone somewhere was thinking about them even if they didn’t say anything. Er, anyhoo, as a way to highlight some good for once, I noticed a great post by Alexis Fleming over on the Samhain Weblog about how authors can respond to reviews and turn lemons into lemonade. Nice stuff. Way to go, Alexis.

I just found your post when I googled to see if I’d missed any reviews. Thank you for your nice words on my post on the Samhain blog. I’m not saying I wasn’t ticked off when I read that bad review, but I learned a great lesson, one I hope I never forget. There’s a nice way to handle everything and I hope I showed enough grace to deal with this in the right way. Surprisingly, I’m still getting bookings for our motel via my website, all because of this bad review. lol Funny how things work out.
