I’ve been impatiently waiting for the official trailer just like everyone else. Not simply to see more but because I knew it should include the characters interacting. That is a very good test of whether this one has any chance of success or not. And this trailer almost takes my breath away on that count. It’s not just that they appear to have nailed the casting and the world. It’s that they’ve nailed the humor. Megamind is a hidden jewel

I can’t believe I’ve never mentioned Megamind here. I actually had to do a site search to convince myself I hadn’t.  Anyway, I re-watched it recently and, boy, is it a gem of an animated movie about superheroes.
