I was checking to see if there was a new update to WordPress and suddenly decided to try something. Check out the new Reader Network look and feel . . . this is not the old forum link, mind you, although it’s still there. At least at present. I’ll explain more in a post there.

Jane: I think it can work if we play around with it and don’t try to be a typical blog, if there is such an animal. What I’d like to see is a combination of bulletin board and reference shelf for crucial links.
Marg: I know it’s sounds confusing but I’m hoping over time we’ll make things a little more clear. I’d really like that myself. 😉
May: Ah, LJ’s? Are you talking about Live Journal or someone specific?
Suisan: No, no. You don’t have to sign up for or on WP. At lesat not unless you want to. You will have to register on the RN blog if you want to be able to post. Not comment but create posts themselves. (Go to the RN blog, I’ve tried to explain it in a little more detail there.)
a touch confused–do I need to sign up on WordPress?
And if I have a wordpress account, then canI use it for a blog? Wait. Conspiracy theory alert.
Are you FORCING me to finally get rid of blogger? Is that what this is all about? I knew it was all a scam. I just knew it.
Sounds fun.
The idea is actually pretty close to LJ’s Community.
I’m not sure I get what the idea is going to be??
I like the idea of a group tech blog. I had a couple people email me about to do the stylesheets (the big, small, medium font thing).
