I saw the Library Thing feature on Marg’s blog and had to have it on my sidebar, too. Okay, I probably saw it elsewhere several weeks ago but her blog was the most recent place I ran across it so she gets the credit this time. 😉
I’ll probably only add books to my personal list as I discuss them here or have time to add favorites that I can remember easily but I think it’s a fun way to provide links to books, both to LibraryThing and to Amazon, so have fun.
I’ve never checked out Bibliophil so I wouldn’t know but I really love LibraryThing. Wish there was way to show just current reads through it, though. Will have to investigate.
I heart LibraryThing too…isn’t it the best? And I love how you can show random books from your library on your blog…and it’s much faster than Bibliophil, which is a similar site but not nearly as fast or as cool as LibraryThing. LOL.
Hey, today, I actually finished correlating LibraryThing with what I’ve talked about on the blog so far so the variety should be there now. 😀
Um, yes!! Probably will be a bit more variety then!! LOL!!!
Jane, I hadn’t seen that article but I’ll check it out.
Marg, it is interesting what comes up each time. Of course, it’ll probably be a lot more interesting when I actually have more than six books in it. 😀
I heart Librarything…although I have never got around to finishing cataloguing my books!! Another thing to do!
Ii’s one of the first things I look at when I go to my own blog – what books come up today!
Did you read the article about abebooks and Library Thing? That’s pretty cool.
