Quite literally listening to Poirot. Or rather David Suchet as Poirot.
And everyone else.
I wanted to listen to something on my podcast reader but wasn’t in the mood for anything I already had on it. So I got to digging around and found audiobooks of David Suchet reading the major Poirot novels. (Dig around on the Internet because they seem to be available everywhere.) I started with The Mysterious Affair at Styles because it is the first afterall but there are a lot of other Poirot books to choose from.
It took a little while to get into it because he was doing all the voices including the narator and it was just weird getting past him not sounding like Poirot. Then by the end of the first disc I was so into the story that I was having to remind myself he was doing all these incredible voices, including Poirot.
That was so enjoyable I can’t wait to listen to the rest. Oh, and pretty sure there are Miss Marple audiobooks floating around too, just not sure who reads them.
