Well, it wasn’t so much taking time off for the Thanksgiving holiday as I rather unexpectedly decided to take a “vacation” from both blogging and the Internet. Part of that was getting used to the new meds but I think I just needed the mental break. So, I’ve probably been online at most no more than thirty minutes a day for the last week and that was just to do the minimum housekeeping stuff. Don’t know if it helped but I feel better. 😀

Oh, and on one of my few forays onto the web last week I did some research into something that came to mind as a result of talking to the neurologist about stopping drinking coffee. Basically, I suddenly remembered telling him that I thought I could do without the caffiene – somewhat, anyway – but I actually liked the taste of coffee. And since I don’t drink caffienated colas or teas to begin with, I would really miss it from my daily routine. Which got me to thinking this week about whether there were any “coffee substitutes” out there. Apparently there’s a lot more than I expected but one in particular sounds really promising and I’ve already ordered a sampler of Teecino Caffiene-Free Herbal Coffee. Anyone heard of this product and can comment?
